Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Orders leave a US warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–8 days. Shipping is free. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Returns and refunds

If your light arrives damaged, has parts missing, or you're not happy with it, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Privacy

We use your name, email, phone and address only to process, ship and support your order. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We share your shipping details only with the warehouse and carrier that deliver your order. Email us to see or delete your data.
